This role offers flexibility with a base location in either Fredrikstad, Norway or Hanstholm, Denmark.

The position involves planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives across crops in these regions. The manager will collaborate closely with country teams and Regional Directors to ensure successful implementation and follow-up of initiatives.
