This is a rarely seen global position within an exciting growth company. As the new Global Human Resources Director, you will have the opportunity to draft, develop and implement a full HR strategy related to the long-term strategy, at our client. The HR Strategy will include a further professionalization of HR worldwide.
Global HR responsibility and development focus
As Human Resources Director you will be reporting to the Group CEO and be a member of the Global Management team. Your responsibility will be to coach, develop and cooperate with the executive management, management and employees to create better results and reach their targets. Furthermore, the Human Resources Director will have the leading role in directing and influencing the policies and practices for HR globally and the development of global HR strategies.
The Human Resources Director will be managing a team of 20 employees through local HR Managers in three different countries. The HR organization is fully capable of conducting the full range of HR administration, however, further development of disciplines such as talent management, employer branding and on-boarding programmes must be initiated. Finally, you will be providing assistance and guidance related to the employment of new employees, development of the organization incl. training.
You will be looking forward to travel activity in the US, Asia and Europe for approximately 60-80 days per year. The Danish headquarter is based in the Eastern part of Jutland.
Experienced HR profile with international insight
We are looking for a Human Resources Director with several years of relevant experience within organizational development from an International company. You have senior HR management experience, and are able to coach and develop management at all levels. Finally, we expect you to have specific experience working with HR in Asia and ideally from China.
As a person, you are able to communicate openly and in alignment with the multinational environment in which you will be working. To be successful in this role you must furthermore be persistent and tough-minded as our client is working in constantly changing markets. We expect you to have a senior approach while having the willingness to be involved in strategic, tactical as well as operational levels. Your ability to communicate fluently in English is essential.
