Job description:

Due to expansion, we are seeking a bright and ambitious Recruiter to join our expanding European Talent Acquisition team based in Sweden or Denmark. The Recruiter will work as a Business Partner with hiring managers throughout the whole 360 recruitment process including providing feedback, training and support. You will develop new and innovative approaches to attract quality candidates using a variety of networking tools and social media to ensure you have a continual pipeline of quality candidates. You will manage the recruitment process by utilising CV search functions from a variety of job boards along with any referrals that are assigned to your roles. The Recruiter will conduct interviews with the candidates to assess their suitability for the roles and will manage candidates through the whole end to end recruitment process. You will have previous experience of managing relationships with suppliers and also will be proactive at keeping yourself up to date on market changes.

Required profile:

You will be a tenacious self-starter with the ability to take the initiative to find and process the best candidates. Strong communication skills and a proactive nature are essential and you must be able to speak confidently to people at all levels. Using perseverance and sound judgement, you will source candidates on an international basis with the aim of engaging with the best talent in the industry. You will be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. This role would suit an experienced In-House Recruiter or an Agency Recruiter who is looking to move into Internal Recruitment. Experience of recruiting within Clinical Research or Pharmaceuticals is essential.
