Senior Brand Manager, Food Service
Are you an experienced Brand Manager with a successful track record? Can you excel in driving and implementing our digital Food Service strategy? Then we would love to have you on board as our Global Senior Brand Manager for Arla Professional, our new global Food Service brand. You will be part of our newly established global Food Service team based in Aarhus, a strong business unit with aggressive growth ambitions.
Strong Brand Manager toolbox
As our Global Senior Brand Manager you will play a central role in our Food Service team, where you will lead the Arla Professional brand in a tough competitor environment. You will work with and develop the global strategy, but also deliver growth through practical activation plans, which may cover fair activities, tactical marketing material and customer oriented events.
The job as Global Senior Brand Manager requires a strong brand management toolbox, which you will utilize to drive and develop the brand to deliver the ambitious global Food Service strategy. You will own the brand’s performance why you also rely on the success of others and you are expected to manage your stakeholders carefully to reach your financial goals.
On top of that, as an integral part of building our global Food Service product range under the Arla Professional brand, you will lead our efforts in expanding our global product assortment according to our strategic priorities across markets and Food Service channels. This will require strong coordination with our markets and the product management teams.
Strong digital mindset
Different from other brand management roles, but absolutely key to you in this position, is that you will also play a central role in our digital presence as you will lead our global digital activities for the Arla Professional brand.
Your excellent skills within the development and strategic implementation of digital activities will be utilized in the execution of the global digital strategy for Food Service, and in the development of content toolkits, which will be used across our markets. Furthermore, you will empower our markets with digital tools that will inspire end customers to demand our Food Service solutions.
You will act as the digital change agent within the team, raising the bar of our digital work and increasing the role that digital plays for our Food Service strategy. To achieve this, you will work closely with the global digital team, our global advertising agency and the key Food Service markets.
You will be referring to the Marketing and Application Director and be part of a global team working in the disciplines of Category Management, Application and Key Account Management of our Global Accounts.
Skilled Brand Manager with strong digital competences
At Arla, we share a determination to grow the business in a responsible way. You are naturally driven by a flair for commerce and have a strong interest in creating rewarding relationships with both customers and consumers.
Your track record reflects extensive experience with brand management and a strong understanding of the digital implications and possibilities. Also, you possess between 5-10 years of experience with marketing or digital implementation in an FMCG environment, from where you have gained strong business acumen. Along with your exceptional drive, you are willing to go the extra mile to create results. A relevant marketing or business degree at master’s level backs your experience. Your knowledge about the Food Service market is strong and you know how to succeed across borders. Finally, you speak and write English fluently.
