Technical Project Manager
Technical Project Manager with experience in optimising and developing production processes.

You will be a part of our Technology Department, located in Østbirk, whose ambition is to optimise and develop existing and future production processes for our aluminium products.
As Technical Project Manager you will be working in the field between product development and production and will participate in or drive technology development projects.
You and your team will achieve the results by collaborating cross-functionally with other product development teams in different departments and factories, as well as with other internal and external collaborators.
Your main responsibility will be to:
- Optimise current production processes: aluminium sheet metal cutting, pressing, punching and
- roll forming as well as robot and automation technology
- Identify and mature new technologies and production processes
- Drive implementation of new technology in product development projects
- Coordinate technical projects with international partners
- Ensure efficient Design For Manufacturing and Value Analysis
You must expect 20-40 days of travel per year, primarily within Europe.
We expect you to have an Engineering degree or other relevant technical background and minimum 5-10 years’ experience with sheet metal processing.
We presume you bring comprehensive knowledge from a similar role as project manager, preferably from a production environment. Experience with aluminium related products is a strong advantage.
You are result-oriented, persistent, and structured. You take pride in completing your tasks satisfactorily using an analytical and systematic approach.
You can work independently with your tasks, but you also acknowledge that the foundation of successful project management is teamwork, so collaboration is one of your strongest qualities.
On a personal level, you possess great drive and thrive working with short deadlines. Furthermore, you are curious and dare to challenge the existing by creating own opinions in a solution-oriented way, always with a focus on how to create value for the business.
As you will engage with stakeholders throughout our organisation, you must be fluent in Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
