Technical Project Manager, Enterprise IT, Bagsværd
You will join our team of experienced IT project managers within Enterprise IT.
You have a solid project management background within technical projects and can lead your projects to success. You will see your efforts materialize in valuable and viable IT solutions that can enable Novozymes.
You will be responsible for technical projects from the project proposal to the project closure – working with all aspects of project management throughout the project’s life cycle. In close cooperation with the Business and IT colleagues, you will find the answers and setup for delivering each project in an optimal way, keeping a strong focus on benefits all the way.
You will be working on different types of projects from small to large, local to global, across different technologies, sourced both internally and externally. This will give you the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills and further develop your leadership skills, focusing on teamwork, communication and negotiation.
Examples of projects: Upgrading our ticket and Identity & Access Management system, upgrade our Windows Server /SQL Server 2008 platforms together with Line of Business, replacing central switchboard system and infrastructure improvement projects together with our outsourcing partners.
In this position you need to have:
- A Bachelor degree in IT or similar education
- 5+ years of project management experience (after BSc) and a solid track record
- Experience with leading infrastructure and other technical projects combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management certification (e.g. PMI or Prince 2) and knowledge about working in an outsourced environment is an advantage
- Experience with management of external implementation partners as well as offshore teams is an advantage
