We are currently looking for new Product Managers to join our Global Product Management team with the responsibility for market driven product development, product programme optimisation, providing input to category strategies, developing new product initiatives and contributing to quality and cost optimisation.
Working in close cooperation with product development, your primary role will be to collect and translate market input into business cases and secure market driven specifications of products requirements, collect sales estimates from our sales companies and secure initiation of product launch preparation.
You will be part of a dedicated team of colleagues within a specific product category, where you will play an important role participating in projects, workshops and meetings, providing and presenting market input.
In addition to supporting our sales companies in answering product specific questions and participating in other cross-functional projects, you will be responsible for coordinating transitions and inform countries about product changes.
Being part of a global organisation you can expect to travel approx. 30 days per year - primarily in Denmark.
We imagine that you have a commercial degree and several years' experience working in a global organisation, ideally with direct experience gained in the areas of production, logistics and/or supply. Furthermore, you have some years of experience from working with project management.
Competencies such as strong communication and collaboration skills are 'a must'. You enjoy working with lots of different types of people, and you can translate product technical information to non-subject matter experts in a clear and understandable way. You are a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, you are result-oriented, have an analytical and structured approach to tasks and are not afraid to challenge status quo.
Your strong points are your commercial and business-oriented approach and your ability to deliver quality solutions in time. On a personal level, you are naturally curious, are proactive in your approach to gaining information and coming up with solutions, and you are driven to continuously move things forward, getting your energy from achieving goals.
It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many stakeholders and that you can drive results in this type of environment.
You have a strong command of English and Danish, both written and spoken.
