The HR Business Partner position in Arla Denmark is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the Danish business and also drive organisational projects and initiatives on a European level.
As Senior HR Business Partner in Arla Denmark you will be supporting and enabling the execution of the business strategy in Arla Denmark from our headquarters in Aarhus. The Danish business group is responsible for sales and marketing activities of fresh dairy products in Denmark. At the same time, your role will include driving HR projects across our newly established Europe Zone. In this European context, you will drive HR projects around talent development, workforce mobility and strengthening commercial capabilities across the zone.
Business-oriented HR partnering to enhance performance
Reporting to the Head of HR in Arla Denmark, you will be part of an HR Business Partnering team, whose finest task is to enable the organisation's sustainable performance. You will have a seat in the Danish functional management teams of Sales and Marketing and through close sparring with Line Managers provide professional solutions on all HR issues.
You are expected to quickly build a solid understanding of the business and translate your insights into organisational solutions and development activities. You will be responsible for implementing and anchoring the key HR processes throughout the Danish organisation - and function as a guardian of HR excellence also on a European level. The Senior HR Business Partner organisation receives operational HR support from a shared service centre, and on the operational level your role will be to guide and help the Line Managers towards the right solutions within recruitment, training etc. Overall, you will to a large extent shape your own job and significantly influence the HR function with your initiative and drive.

Solid HR knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
You hold a Master’s degree within business, psychology, social science, HRM or an equivalent discipline, and you have solid experience developing organisations, preferably in an international context. Most likely, you have been employed approximately 7-10 years as an HR Partner, Management Consultant or in a similar position. Preferably, you also have experience from the FMCG or dairy business. Besides an extrovert personality you have a lot of drive and energy and are eager to create results. In addition, you are able to analyse complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions.
Moreover, you are result-oriented and not afraid of taking a stand. You thrive in a busy environment with a lot of challenge and varying tasks. You have a keen interest for organisation, business and people, and you are able to build strong and trusted relations with many stakeholders.
