Internationell säljansvarig för Skandinavien och Baltikum

The Kirschner Group, Inc., a leading, global, beauty industry Sales Organization, is seeking an International Sales Executive residing in Sweden or Denmark, responsible for Scandinavia and the Baltic market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executive service level of existing distributor accounts in the beauty industry
  • Must live in Sweden or Denmark
  • Strategic business planning with principles and buyers for existing brands
  • Sales presentations, launch meetings and promotional planning
  • Order initiation and processing
  • Coordination of all details pertaining to international shipments
  • Local exhibition (show) support and planning
  • Frequent customer visits
  • Manufacturer representation to the market as the primary sales contact for that brand
  • Ability to become the brand expert for our manufacturer partner(s)
  • Clear communication of market needs and trends to guide manufacturer in brand planning
  • Understands and executes all represented manufacturer programs, goals and policies
  • Development of new distributors in assigned territory
  • Presence at Major International Beauty shows and events:
  • Cosmoprof Bologna, Italy
  • Cosmoprof Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
  • TKG International conventions (where requested)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of proven sales ability with a focus on professionalism and follow up
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to understand customer needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Bachelor degree in business or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of international shipping preferred
  • Multi-lingual preferred
  • Professional Beauty Industry experience preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We offer the opportunity to work with the world’s leading manufacturer representative company with long term agreements with many of the largest brands in the beauty industry.

Compensation: this is a commission position in a developed market with tremendous growth potential. We offer long term opportunities as most of our sales executives have been with the company 15 years or more.

Since we don’t have an office in Denmark or Sweden you will be based from home.
