Do you want to exert your marketing skills driving one of the strongest brands in food inspiration in Denmark? As Brand Manager you will have the overall responsibility for Karolines Køkken. If you are the talent we are looking for, you can foresee an opportunity to impact one of Arla Denmark’s most important brands. The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark.

Create consumer engagement at all relevant touch points and drive sales

You will develop and manage the Karolines Køkken brand with the objective of enabling a continuous strong performance on all relevant brand KPIs as well as sales. Your job is to constantly develop the communication platform across all relevant touch points, with a strong focus on digital, in-store, PR and events but also heavy TV advertising.

The product portfolio covers a wide range of categories from dairy recipe ingredients and cheeses for cooking to soups and sauces. Your task is to develop, execute and follow up on the communication of key products and new launches, optimising spend across owned, earned and bought media as well across the product portfolio.

You lead the yearly brand plan, MarCom process and are in charge of the media plan, all content development, budget, brand KPI monitoring, sales modelling and testing of communication.

Anticipate a challenging job that will expand your surface of contact, giving you an array of stakeholders across Arla Foods and externally. You will be part of the Cooking category team in Arla Denmarks marketing department, reporting to the Sr. Category Manager and working closely with an Ass. Brand Manager, Product Managers as well as the physical Karolines Køkken.

Are you one of Denmark’s best brand managers in FMCG?

You hold a track record displaying solid experience (5+ years) of FMCG brand management backed by a Master’s degree in Business Economics or similar. You have strong experience in successfully building brands across a wide range of touch points. You have a high level of energy and structured approach to your work, which allows you to juggle many activities at the same time. Being a strong communicator with a winning personality, you know how to successfully work in a matrix organisation and motivate your many stakeholders and team members.
