Energetic Sales Profile for Existing Customers

Presidents Institute is an international company with headquarters based in the centre of Copenhagen. We facilitate networking groups for CEOs and chairmen from the top of the European business world. Due to our continuous growth, we are now looking for a new colleague for our Customer Loyalty Department in Copenhagen.

Our overall performance is reflected on the entire team. As a team member with us your important job will be to communicate verbally with our existing members. Our members represent the top management in European business life, therefore you must have the confidence to both consult and challenge this target group.

You will be responsible of:

  • activating our members by making attendance calls to ensure that our members attend and prioritise our networking meetings and events
  • following up on existing members, when they need to sign up for a new season
  • making exit-interviews
  • receiving and logging feedback from members
  • debt collection (accounts receivable)

The phone and the CRM system are your primary tools and through direct dialogue you are to follow-up, activate and service our members and make sure that they stay loyal to us.

Our department has a central placement in the organisation, and besides from customer contact you will have much contact with colleagues from the sales departments in the different countries.

It is important that you are a flexible person with excellent corporation skills. You appreciate working with clear guidelines and can be persistent when it comes to enforcing workflows and procedures.  


The ideal candidate is:

  • fluent in English
  • also fluent in either Danish, Swedish, Dutch or Finnish
  • has sales talent
  • comfortable talking with existing members over the phone
  • self-motivated with a high drive
  • service-oriented and has great people skills

Our office is located in the centre of Copenhagen just a few minutes from the Kongens Nytorv metro station.
