Senior Manager as Executive Assistant for Head of Arla Denmark

This is a unique opportunity to become part of Arla Foods’ Danish leadership team and report directly to the country head to keep track and support execution of strategic deliverables.
Support the leadership team and deliver on strategy
As our new Executive Assistant you will play a central role in our Danish market, where you will drive the recurrent Strategy Away Days and business planning in close collaboration with the leadership team.
You will lead the leadership team through strategic matters and make sure that we deliver our projects on time and of high quality while securing commitment from our stakeholders, both locally and at our headquarter.
By preparing agenda and material for strategy meetings you drive high quality meeting practicalities to enable the leadership team to work efficiently.
The Danish strategy is closely linked with Arla Foods’ global strategic priorities, and you will be linked to a global functional Executive Assistant and Business Development competence center where you will build capabilities and develop your skills while engaging in the global community.
The main part of your time, you will work with and support the Danish leadership team with Business Planning, Strategy Away Days and Market Review meetings, but as projects emerge, you will also support and drive business development projects.
Strong consulting and business development background
You have a business or finance degree at Master’s level and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a large company or from a management-consulting firm. Preferably, you also have experience from the FMCG or dairy business. Your analytical approach and strategic mind-set combined with your strong project management skills enable you to lead projects independently.
Moreover, you should be a skilled communicator and change agent with an extrovert attitude and an open mind as you will be working across value chains and stakeholders. Your level of drive lies far above average, and your can-do-attitude enables you to challenge the status quo and come up with ambitious solutions. An excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, English and Danish is a must.
