Internal Sales Engineer
Are you both technical, commercial and customer driven?
Dialight offers a great opportunity to be their internal technical and commercial liaison and support for customers and the Dialight external sales team.
In order for you to build an effective working relationship with customers and Dialight external sales managers, you will be given a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Business case co-ordination for new products or product customization
- Receive, prioritise, manage and respond to all external sales related enquiries
- Competition library management
- Product launch pack - benefits analysis and training package compilation
- Technical, Product & Industrial Controls field support
- IT support for the field Sales IPads and managing all content - Salesforce support & training
- Sales & Customer sample co-ordination
Technical profile with great customer skills
We expect you to have a relevant degree within electro-, mechanical- or industrial controls combined with previous experience from external industrial technical sales, internal sales support or industrial electro-mechanical/industrial controls.
Furthermore you are commercial aware, and you have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
As a person you have a strong drive combined with a positive energy. You work in a structured way, are good at prioritizing and have attention to detail. You are customer focused and take ownership of your own tasks with motivation, passion and energy. You are able to function well with the demands of a busy sales environment, and you enjoy working together as a team. You also need to be fluently in danish.
