Senior Manager Portal Services -Merchant Services

Portal Services is part of Nets Product Management with the vision to be a Nordic Product Management unit that understand the needs of customers, partners and market. The goal is to deliver stabile profitable products that adds value to the business and support Nets position as the Nordic leader of payment services.
Nets has a significant focus on developing and enriching the merchant facing portal with new and very attractive services to the Merchants within data, self-service and improved onboarding experience. Portal Services will over time integrate the already existing portals (for terminals, acquiring and e-commerce, etc) into one interface to the merchant. Portal Services will work close with Nets Sales and Commercial&Marketing teams to both gather market and customer input and to market Portal Services to customers.
Not all segments have the same needs so understanding merchant needs and understand how outstanding usability on web-services and mobile app's can comply will be key in this position.
You will be leading a team of 6 experienced Product Owners (located in in all 4 Nordic Countries) each having their own independent roadmap. An important part of your role is to ensure that these are aligned within the overall roadmap for Portal Services. The overall portal strategy is your main responsibility. The organisation is currently in a transformation phase in the way of working going from traditional waterfall development towards agile way of working using the Scrum methodology.
The position can be based out of Nets office in either Stockholm or Copenhagen, and will be reporting to Senior Vice President Product Management – POS & Aquiring.
- Define the overall strategy and roadmap for Portal Services
- Develop the core positioning and messaging
- Securing an absolute best in class web and mobile app customer experience
- Ensure a close relation with the Sales and Commercial&Marketing teams
- Lead the work of producing presentations and demos to customers, material for the Sales organisation, conduct training for the Sales force
- Co-ordinate joint product development with other teams and companies in Nets group using Scrum
- Act as a leader within the company
You have leadership experience from Product management work in a solution oriented company with web-based services. As a person you are used to think commercially with customer in focus. From a strategic starting point you see the market possibilities. At the same time you have focus on the details and is motivated by delivering fantastic usability experience.
You have an outgoing personality and connect easily with people, and can build confidence for yourself and Nets at management level at customers and internally. You are ambitious, goal orientated, have a winning mentality and thrive in a hectic and change oriented environment. It is meriting if you have experience from and multi country organizations.
