Senior Talent and Leadership Specialist

As a member of the HR Leadership and Organizational Development team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a wide range of HR initiatives that will support Topsoe’s ambitious growth strategy. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and driving projects within talent management, organizational and leadership development, deliver content and project management to programs and processes and not least secure efficient implementation through the HR Partners. You will report to the Head of the Leadership and Organizational Development team.
Your focus will be to establish solid talent management process leadership tools and practices to enhance organizational performance and business results through continuous competency development, performance leadership and people engagement. In addition to this, the critical projects over the coming years will include global initiatives and solutions for performance leadership and people development process.
You will work from our headquarters in Lyngby in close collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and at our other global locations. Not only will you get deep insight into –and thorough understanding of – our global organization, you will also build a strong network and be able to influence and set the direction for how we develop our organization.
You will become part of a dedicated and professional global HR team and be a key player in our journey of transformation.
- Develop and drive organizational and talent review processes
- Develop new practices for performance leadership
- Review and drive our people development processes
- Ensure efficient implementation of new solutions and processes together with the HR partners.
- Can drive and steer projects from beginning to end
- Are proactive, pragmatic and willing to go the extra mile
- You understand the business and are driven by finding or developing the right solution that supports the strategy
- Are good at building and maintaining trusting and lasting relationships with many stakeholders
- Have integrity and thrive with a high level of complexity in your daily work
- Have a global mindset.
You have at least 7-8 years of HR experience from large, global companies. Further, you are able to demonstrate a solid track record on talent management, organizational and people development processes, performance management and leadership tools. You also have solid experience in driving projects which include change. It will be an advantage if you have worked in engineering companies and within consulting.
You have a relevant Master degree and excellent English skills, both oral and written.
