Logistic powerhouse needed for Order Fulfillment

You will join our global competence centre, where you will join 25 colleagues in an international and dynamic environment. We support and provide best in class logistics solutions to all our markets, and we always ensure delivery at the right place and the right time.
With responsibility for 2-3 markets/countries you will obtain knowledge about the entire logistics process. We want you to think out of the box and identify, design, develop and implement new and exciting solutions to pave the way for our organisation's success.
Your main tasks will include:
- Having the overall responsibility for the logistics process (from production to distribution) for 1-2 markets
- Having the overall responsibility for the logistics process (from production to consumer) for 1-2 markets
- Analysing and creating forecasts on your market stocks
- Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries and optimal inventory management
- Identifying and analysing possible opportunities to change and optimising the logistic process and inventory management
- Locating and defining opportunities to improve processes
- Participating in projects to influence the development of operational processes, LEAN set-up and IT optimising projects.
We imagine that you are a Graduate in Logistic Management or Shipping. However, the most important thing is that you have relevant hands-on experience from a similar position.
We need you to manage complex processes and to be able to see the big picture without losing sight of important details and day-to-day operational tasks.
As you will engage with stakeholders throughout our organisation, it is important that you have an open and forthcoming manner. You have a global mind-set and you enjoy building cross-border relations across various organisational and professional levels. In addition, strong communication and collaboration skills are imperative.
As a person, you thrive on having a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable workday handling different kinds of problems. You and have a practical and analytical approach to task solving. It makes you proud when you manage to balance your distinct thoroughness with always being on time. Your main focus is always on how to create value for the customer and the business.
The position requires that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. It will be a plus if you have experience with SAP R/3 and are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel and other relevant IT tools.
