We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for our Beverages Business Unit.
The position is a newly created role, to grow the beverage business outside Europe. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the strategy, NPD and the first contact to potential new clients in the Beverages segment.
You have experience from the food industry and are keen to study and investigate new potential business in the emerging market outside Europe.
You take full ownership of the creation, innovation, implementation and communication of all Beverages possibilities in the Beverages segment. You bring new marketing segment insights to the Sales and Marketing team in the Beverages Business Unit, based on customer and market feedback. You introduce new concepts and solutions.
You manage all new projects within Beverages and you have a clear overview of all ongoing projects. The Business Development Manager identifies, researches, evaluates, and pursues business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or other education considered equal.
- 7-10 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing environment preferably in a multinational food company.
- Documented experience from working in different cultures and doing business in an international environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bi Lingual Swedish/Danish and English, written and spoken. More languages is an advantage.
- Good analytical skills , result driven.
- Project management skills.
- A team player, who can motivate colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.
