Regional Product Manager - South

We are looking for a strong talent who would like to take up this new and exciting position as Regional Product Manager for our South region consisting of Austria, Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey.

Your challenges

Based out of our local sales company (located close to Vienna), you will report directly to our Global Product Management (GPM) team at our head office in Denmark forming a truly global team with four other Regional Product Managers.

Working closely with our three global product category teams (windows, blinds/shutters and growth products) in GPM, your primary responsibility will be to act as a commercial sparring partner for our sales companies in the South region and ensure product strategy execution in each of the sales companies locally. You will perform regular performance follow-up, suggest corrective actions and continuously challenge the sales companies to optimise their product portfolio, positioning, product communication and exploit their market potential.

You will participate in the sales companies' local business planning by supporting local product range planning and preparing product launches. Furthermore, you will be responsible for capturing commercial input and product requests from the sales companies in the South region and communicating the information on to the three global product category teams. You will also support local execution of large product strategic initiatives and participate in fairs, release events and roadshows.

As part of a global organisation, you can expect to travel approx. 50 days per year internationally, primarily within the South region.

Your qualifications

You have a commercial degree and 5+ years' experience from one or more international companies where you have gained strong product marketing skills and a solid understanding of business potential assessment.

You possess the ability to work independently as well as in teams and you communicate and collaborate easily with people around you. It is important that you can drive results through others in a global operating environment with many stakeholders and where your key contacts are situated in several different countries

You like being busy, you are hardworking, practical, have a hands-on approach and are good at planning your time and prioritising your tasks. With many different things to do and tight deadlines, you are structured and analytical in your approach to task solving and can keep your cool under pressure.

Lastly, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken and have a strong command of at least one other European language.
