R & D Project Manager
In order to strengthen our R & D, ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel A/S is searching for a strong Project Manager with in-depth technical knowhow, solid project management skills and experience as well as the power and determination to fulfil and accomplish assigned projects. We are one of the world’s leading suppliers of plants, technologies, systems and service of highly advanced industrial equipment for the feed and biofuel industry. Our Project Managers work with a diversity of projects in relation to contract specification, financial impact, time perspectives etc. The project portfolio of this position has considerable importance and impact and will put high demands to your skills within project management and project leadership i.e. industrial process technologies, finances, communication, planning and overall management abilities. R&D is on one hand responsible to improve existing solution based on input from both the end customer as well as the market in general, and on the other hand to develop new solutions in order for ADRITZ Feed & Biofuel to maintain our predominant position in the market.
You will be responsible for your own project portfolio in which the management of the projects as well as the project team ensuring quality and efficiency throughout all the phases of the project in a global perspective is a definite must. It is your natural desire and need to seek and drive the project through the entire value chain, and you are a master in navigating and communicating across the organization and cultures.
You hold a degree within project management as well as a relevant technical background e.g. as an engineer and two to five years of practical working experience from a similar project position, preferably within a related industrial segment. You are accustomed to work with complex projects and can document your achievements. Your proficiency in English both in writing and speaking is at a high level.
