e-Commerce Solution Manager
Do you want to use your project management talent and insights in e-commerce to create visible results for an international leader within energy efficient solutions? And do you have solid experience working with e-commerce platforms and UX design from an international organisation? Then you might be our new E-commerce Solution Manager we are looking for to join the Danfoss Cooling division. You will be the key player in the upcoming replacement of our current e-commerce solution with a new e-commerce platform, which is to be implemented globally in Danfoss Cooling. As this is a newly established position, you will have the opportunity to develop and put your personal mark on the role. The workplace is flexible and could be placed both in the Americas, Europe or Asia.
Implementation, stakeholder training and optimization
As our new E-commerce Solution Manager, it will be your overall mission to ensure successful and efficient decommissioning of our current e-commerce solution and a transition to the new e-commerce platform. We will rely on you and your project management talent to take ownership of the end to end process and be primary point of contact in the Cooling Division for internal stakeholders in global IT and the business. You will also be the key player who develop the e-commerce roadmap and during roll out, you will also ensure regional and global users are familiar with the new platform. Furthermore, your areas of responsibility will include:
- Monitor and optimize the customer user experience
- Manage e-commerce related projects in close cooperation with the digital platforms department
- Define e-commerce analytics setup and KPIs
- Define global e-commerce organizational setup
- Ensure product data and assets are optimized
- Capture e-commerce and market place opportunities and emerging trends
Solid e-commerce and project management experience
You hold a relevant educational background at either bachelor’s or master’s level and come with exhaustive e-Commerce experience from an international organization (whether it is B2C or B2B is less important). Furthermore, you have solid experience with stakeholder management in both IT and commercial operations and you thrive by the daily project management work. You have a data-driven approach for insights creation and reporting and have a good understanding of e-commerce and UX design. Since you will be working with many internal and external stakeholders, it is important that you have excellent networking skills, as well as you are a strong communicator who are able to work both independently and as part of a team. Finally, you are proficient in English both in writing and in speech.
