Would you like to join in a challenging position as Student Assistant (15 hours per week) in CLICK – Corporate Information Services?
CLICK provides access to information resources and information management tools to all Ferring colleagues worldwide, in addition to the delivery of a number of services, including searching & monitoring of information and copyright advisory. We are part of Ferring’s Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance function.
You can expect to be part of a dynamic team in a stimulating international environment located in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
You will join an additional 3 student assistants working with tasks such as
- Delivery of document delivery services
- Indexing of references in internal databases
- Usage statistics
- System maintenance
- Support of our Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance function with tasks related to labelling changes
- Support with handling of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Individual ad hoc tasks and information management related projects matching your interests and competencies
We expect you to be a true team player, detail-oriented and highly service-minded. You probably study Information Science or Pharmaceutical Science, and you have a natural interest in the use of IT.
