Product Information Publishing Manager
Are you an expert in coordinating a vast amount of technical literature in many different languages to a wide audience of users? Can you drive transformation to digital asset management and database publishing of technical literature? Then you could be our new Product Information Publishing Manager in the Danfoss Cooling Segment. You will lead a team of product information coordinators, database specialists and desktop publishers based in multiple locations in Europe and India and report to the Marketing Communications Senior Director. The position is located in Nordborg, or possibly Kolding, and entails up to 15 travelling days per year.

Infrastructure of our technical literature
You will be responsible for the most used and sought information by our customers: product data, instructions for use, user and application guides and catalogues. You will drive the transformation towards database publishing of our literature, improve the customer experience and provide relevant product information documentation to our customers in a fast and reliable manner.
The areas of responsibility include:
- Continuous development of the team and our technologies
- Technical literature publishing
- Printed catalogues
- Product information notifications to customers
- Translation processes
- Management of a digital asset management system
- Transformation towards database publishing
- Creation of governance models for the use of the asset management systems and the database publishing systems
Excellent team management skills and solid experience in technical literature publishing
You have solid experience in the publication of many different technical literature types as well as in transition management towards digital asset management and database publishing. You also have experience with implementing best practice guidelines for the translation of literature for global use. Moreover, you have a good understanding of the digital product data eco system. The ideal candidate has experience with PIM MDM and different platforms for database publishing.
On a more personal note, you are a strong team player and leader with excellent networking skills, who easily communicates in English – both verbally and in writing. Finally, you thrive on working with many different stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
