As senior controller working at the Danfoss corporate headquarters in Nordborg, your overall mission will be to ensure insights and high quality timely financial reporting. You will have a central role with significant responsibilities regarding the consolidation of the Danfoss Group.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparation monthly and quarterly consolidated group reporting
- Actively contribute to the preparation of the Danfoss Group Annual Report
- Financial controlling of reporting from subsidiaries
- Provide entity support focusing on accounting and reporting in a complex setup
- Drive continuous improvement projects and ad hoc tasks for Corporate Finance
Strong analytical capacity with good interpersonal skills
You hold a track record displaying some years of experience working with reporting and accounting. Ideally, you have a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance combined with an auditor background. Furthermore, you hold a solid understanding of accounting and IFRS standards. You are a self-driven person and you thrive on going that extra mile to ensure a successful outcome. You are robust and enjoy having a multitude of tasks at the same time, while still maintaining a strong focus on quality and process. You have a structured and analytical approach towards challenges; you keep an eye on the details, but are still able to provide a clear and precise general picture. As your colleagues are located all around the globe, you enjoy working in a virtual and multi-cultural environment.
You have solid communication skills in written as well as spoken English. You are positive and service minded and with diplomatic and networking skills ensures optimal cooperation with all stakeholders.
