Your educational background is less important, but we expect you to have experience from a similar job coordinating tasks within product development. A background in the design industry would be a plus. We also expect you to be able to communicate fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing. It will be considered an advantage if you have experience working with the stage-gate-model. You are an experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and if you also have knowledge of graphic programs such as Photoshop and/or InDesign, it would be an advantage but it is not a must. The position requires a great deal of flexibility and adaptability, which is why you should thrive on having a large variety of tasks. You are great at building and maintaining relationships internally as well as externally at all levels in a professional and trusting manner.

On a more personal note, you love beautiful things and are passionate about working with high-quality products. You are a coordinator at heart and are known to be an outgoing and proactive team player. Moreover, you are a meticulous and service-minded person, who is willing to take responsibility. You are an innate multitasker and stick to your deadlines. In addition, you are committed and very flexible, as you would have to be available whenever the need should arise. You have a good spirit and like to be in touch with many different people during your day. You also thrive with administrative tasks and take pride in keeping the details in order. Finally, you have impact and authority and are able to stay focused with a smile on your face even when the going gets tough.
