Healthcare Compliance Manager
Roche a/s is looking to hire a Healthcare Compliance Manager. You work independently and are an intern key collaborator. You like to share your knowledge internally, and have a special passion for advertising rules, and local- and global procedures.
As a Healthcare Compliance Manager in Roche you will be a part of an innovative and highly dynamic organization. The job presupposes self-dependence and is at the same time characterized by co-operation across the organization. The role as Healthcare Compliance Manager requires expertise in advertising rules and in the legislation for co-operation with external health professionals.
In the role as Healthcare Compliance Manager you will liaise between Roche a/s and the Global/Regional Healthcare Compliance Office in order to dissemination of knowledge and implementation of new procedures and rules.
As Healthcare Compliance Manager you are our local expert on advertising rules/ENLI rules. You are the sparring partner for Product Managers and Medical Managers in relation to the development of advertising material as you approve advertising material. You are helping to identify the need of training by new legislation and internal/global procedures dealing with collaboration with healthcare professionals.
The Healthcare Compliance Manager refers to our Head of Compliance & Quality and work closely with a small dedicated quality- and compliance team. The team is responsible for ensuring quality and observance of rules and procedures in Roche.
You will be given the following fields of responsibility and areas of work:
- Expert and sparring partner for advertising rules and other related legislation within the field of pharmaceuticals
- Contact person for the regional and global Health Care Compliance Office
- Identify, implement and communicate new updates to the global and local guidelines
- Ensure quality and compliance in Roche’s collaboration with external healthcare professionals
- Implement processes and tools for internal monitoring of compliance
You have the following qualifications:
- Experience from the pharmaceutical industry preferably within the field of compliance, marketing and/or medical tasks
- Detailed knowledge in advertising rules and other legislation relating to collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Interest in quality and compliance
- You work structured and are attentive to details
- Talented in distinctly communication information in Danish and English
