To ensure a structured approach to risk awareness and focus on continued improvements the enterprise risk management processes are facilitated by Group Finance.
Group Finance is responsible for our global financial processes, financial reporting, business support, taxes, cash management, risk management etc. The teams within Group Finance work closely together, share knowledge, targets and projects. The working environment is dynamic and requires flexibility in peak periods.
We are looking for an experienced risk manager to take responsibility for the global enterprise risk management processes. As interaction with others is a key factor to success, we are looking for someone with both excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. A strong drive and ability to execute through others is imperative.

As enterprise risk manager you will be responsible for facilitating the risk management processes across the Chr. Hansen organization.
You will work across the organization engaging yourself in risk management processes in all areas where Chr. Hansen have business and thereby risks. You will be running risk identification processes, identifying and pursuing relevant mitigations and following up on these. This will always be done in close corporation with the risk owners.
You will be responsible for driving and developing the overall risk management processes in Chr. Hansen and reporting these to our Management and Board of Directors.
Your tasks will vary over time and include smaller and larger projects determined through the overall prioritization of projects aligned with our strategic goals for the company.
Your personal profile
- You have 5+ years of experience and proven risk management skills
- You have a broad knowledge about business risks for larger international production companies
- You have a strong drive and ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues in the pursuit of progress
- You approach challenges in a structured and analytical way with attention to detail, yet applying a holistic mindset
- You are a team player and hold excellent communication skills
- You enjoy working internationally and with different cultures
- You have academic background and you are fluent in English both orally and in writing
