Payroll, Compensation and benefits specialist

Then you may be our new Payroll, compensation and benefits specialist joining HR in Sweden.
The position is a temporary full time position until 31 December 2018 (with a possibility for extension) within HR in Nordic Sugar AB and it is located in Arlöv. You will report directly to the Copenhagen based manager of Payroll and Data Management. Travel to our office/production plant in Örtofta will be a natural part of the job.
Area of responsibility:
- Co-owner of the monthly payroll execution and all related tasks hereto
- Pension Management
- Yearly salary review
- Implementation of changes in collective agreement or local agreements reflected in payroll
- Optimization of payroll process and routines
- Responsible for implementation of new job grading system
- HR Reporting
- Work force planning
- Collecting and maintaining Master data
- Employment contracts for blue collars
The successful candidate has several years of experience from similar roles in Sweden and a university degree in HR or similar. You are proficient in English, both oral and written, and you are strong in documentation.
You have experience in working with SAP Payroll and HR, you have a high level of calculating and checking skills and you are detail oriented. Negotiating and implementing collective agreements is something you are familiar with.
To be able to solve complex tasks you need to have a structured approach, the ability to work independently and profound troubleshooting skills where you are able to assess the challenge, create a solution and step into action. You act as a project leader who is used to run multiple projects at the same time.
A service minded and solution oriented attitude is something we place great value in. Therefore, you need to have both social and communicative skills since the position will expose you to internal and external contacts. You enjoy networking and relate well to people at all levels but are also able to optimize and challenge status quo even without support from the business.
