Hansen Holding’s Board of Directors as well as solid management of insiders in Chr. Hansen. Planning and execution of board and committee meetings and insider management
Your responsibility will cover all tasks related to the service of the Chairman, the Board and insiders spanning administration, coordination and development of materials, processes and tools to create the best basis for successful meetings and insider management. You will:
- Contribute to establishing a new Corporate Secretariat – processes, tools etc.
- Handle all kinds of administrative tasks e.g. drafting agendas, preparing board material, proof reading, travel bookings etc.
- Prepare material and documents for the board meetings
- Administrate the board’s web portal and the Secretariat’s SharePoint solution
- Administrate the insider portal – employees and externals with access to stock sensitive information
- Act as back-up to the PA to the President & CEO of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S
- Act as PA to the Head of the Corporate Secretariat

+10 years’ experience as Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary
You bring at least 10 years’ experience from a similar role and you fully understand the executive management lingo, priorities, high-level processes and need for strict confidentiality. Related to this, you know that the role requires multitasking skills and a flexible attitude, especially in the days around board/committee meetings. You can handle this by use of your service-minded nature, your excellent planning skills and your ability to keep calm when surrounded by numerous tasks and deadlines.
You must bring good IT-skills covering MS Office and hopefully SharePoint. On the personal level, you thrive on handling tasks independently and you can ensure that all details are in place. You have a strong command of English making you capable of communicating with board members and preparing executive documents, presentations etc. As much of our internal communication is in Danish you must also master this.
