Your new role
Referring to the Finance Manager, Licensing & Publishing and Head of Finance Retail, you will be acting as a true Business Partner for multiple Lines of Business with the Retail organization. You will proactively work close together with Head of Softlines and Head of FMCG in order to further strengthen planning and development of the business. You will drive the financial planning and initiatives analysis. Deliver the right financial support to the Franchise Management team and being a strategic business partner to the CMO, Head of Finance Retail and Franchise Leads.
Your roadmap to success
In order to be a Business Partner/ Financial Analyst at The Walt Disney Company, it is key to have very strong communication skills, the ability to see the big picture as well as the ability to perform detailed analysis in order to bridge responsibilities within analysis, strategy and stakeholder management to both Nordic colleagues and in the EMEA organization.
This position imposes analytical skills, ability to think strategically and to build relationships and drive results.
You hold a university degree within finance or marketing. Ideally, you have a couple of years of experience from another similar position
