On behalf of Pall we are now seeking a Sales Development Manager, who will be responsible for expanding sales presence in the Nordics.

Challenge

The purpose of the role is to expand sales presence in the Nordics. A dedicated sales person in Scandinavia will ensure strong and fast sales growth within the assigned territory, increase Fortebio’s awareness

The main responsibilities of the job are the following:

  • Achieve sales quota through direct sales of company products in the assigned sales territory
  • Promote ForteBio products through sales calls, lead generation, on-site seminars, trade shows, and user meetings
  • Provide forecast of instrument and consumable sales to management as required
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of ForteBio products, applications, and competitor technologies
  • Collaborate with Field Application Specialists to provide technical presentations of ForteBio products at customer accounts
  • Manage resources to provide optimal pre-sales information, product demonstration, technical close, and post-sales support
  • Maximize customer satisfaction to ensure and promote continued use and adoption of ForteBio technology to increase consumable sales

Your profile

The ideal candidate

  • Has high capital equipment expertise ideally HPLC, ELISA plate instrumentation or label free technology
  • Has Pharma market experience
  • Should be able to qualify and identify new potential target
  • Should be able to drive a complex sales process with multiple decision makers at different levels within the account
  • Is familiar in dealing with large academic centers (public tender)
  • Has Protein science/Proteomic market knowledge
  • Has fluent knowledge in English

3-4 travel days per week

Preferred qualifications/education:

  • Biochemistry/immunology background

Preferred previous experience:

  • 3 to 5 years relevant sales experience
