Sales and Contract Manager Onshore (1705.07)

Our client is a leading provider of one-stop solutions for the installation and service of wind turbines throughout the world. The owners are a well consolidated and highly wind-experienced group of industrial investors, and the company has approx. 1.000 employees with subsidiaries and offices worldwide. Our client is now looking for a Sales and Contract Manager Onshore to either Nettherlands, Denmark, the Northern part of Poland or the Northern part of Germany.

Driving customer relations and securing longterm relationschips

As Sales and Contract Manager Onshore you are responsible for providing high end, professional project sales execution within your area of business. You will refer to Global Head of Sales. 

You are passionate and determined to develop contacts, relations and stakeholders within defined customers and secure long term relationships. By identifying customer needs and ensuring the customers have knowledge of the company´s competences and solutions you further develop existing customers in turnover and customer satisfaction. 

In a strategic and systematic way, you collect and analyze market information, spot opportunities and translate this into action. You perform risk analysis in contract evaluations, negotiate and close deals. Afterwards, you secure structured hand over from sales to operations.

Your strong multi-cultural and interpersonal skills make you a preferred business partner, and it gives you great motivation to work with many stakeholders in a global organization. You are able to work independenttly in an environment of changing priorities.

Due to the complexity and nature of tasks, it is necessary that you have experience of working on complex and long term project bids and a proven track record of achieving excellent B2B sales results within the Wind Industry.
You are highly self-motivated and passionate about driving the business forward and acting as a team player to reach the goals.

You have good analytical capabilities and strong business acumen as well as a profound customer and market understanding. It is vital that you communicate fluently in English and is willing to travel approximately 100 days a year – mostly within the region.
