Digital Marketing Specialist for KEVIN.MURPHY Europe

KEVIN.MURPHY Europe is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for our Copenhagen office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the digital marketing practice and executing digital programs including marketing automation campaigns, lead-generation, social media, paid media and content marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in creating the KEVIN.MURPHY Europe social media marketing strategy and executing all aspect of the strategy within Europe
  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle, coordinating with North America and Asia Pacific regions to ensure cohesiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain digital editorial calendar to track and plan digital communications
  • Create Influencer campaign strategy for European markets and design attribution model for earned media reach
  • Manage lead-generation and marketing automation campaigns 
  • Paid media, Facebook ads & SEM to support new account growth
  • Launch and management of mobile marketing campaigns
  • Website updates to consumer and B2B sites, acting as business lead on technology initiatives
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders, including ROI models to support additional investment of digital efforts
  • Coordinate all communications regarding digital marketing with European distributors, acting as the main point of contact for each regional office
  • Act as the liaison between KEVIN.MURPHY Global Marketing Team and European office
  • Develop strategies to support Education and Sales digital efforts
  • Coordinate all digital campaigns for events and shows in EU region

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5-7 years in a digital marketing role
  • Marketing automation and/or email marketing – Marketo preferred
  • Strong understanding of consumer data, and a background in reporting and analytics, with proven track record of using data to optimize and drive marketing ROI
  • Proven success with social media, with a focus on reporting and paid media
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO and SEM
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and collaboration skills
  • Experience with digital technologies
  • CPG or retail experience, beauty experience preferred
  • Experience in working with global markets preferred
  • Some travel required
