HR Director, HRIS & Processes

We are currently looking for a HR Director, HRIS & Processes to join our team! 

This position will provide you with an opportunity to do leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development and operation of our global HRIS landscape while also facilitating efficient, cost-effective operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization. Responsible for analyzing and directing all functional related activities within the scope of the core HRIS. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
You will report to Vice President for HR Operations and work across the globe in a true matrix based HR organization. Our ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of detail-oriented tasks with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism. This position will be located at our corporate HQ in Nordborg, Denmark, but will require 10-15% international traveling days.

Area of responsibility and key tasks:

Management of a team of specialists responsible for the HR master data structure and correlation between data to different HR platforms, processes and non-HR platforms. This includes quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness and usability (includes core systems and related interfaces). 

  • Leading and managing the Global HRIS & Processes team including employee engagement, performance reviews, development plans and employee relations issues. Ensuring work is performed according to defined processes and service agreements
  • Ensuring the most efficient and responsive HRIS support setup
  • Working and coordinating with Regional HR Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure that daily operation is running successfully with global data and processes. Ensuring challenges are addressed and improving and standardizing common ways of working
  • Defining and implementing HR system policies, procedures and best practices (including related education, communication and training) to create/drive operational efficiencies.

Strong business understanding towards HRIS and Processes

There is more than one way into this position, but in order for you to handle the challenges in this particular job, we expect you to have a relevant education and solid experience within HR and/or IT. You have significant knowledge of HRIS platforms, including a strong understanding of HR processes programs and employee master data.

Your track record shows good stakeholder and project management skills; implementing, driving projects and initiatives, demonstrating benefits of projects to the organization, and translating customer and business needs into technical requirements. This is emphasized by your strong focus on Employee Experience.
On a more personal note, you are known for your service mindset and communicative approach to all levels in the organization. You have a good drive and the capability to influence, engage and partner appropriately which enables you to build relations and cooperate across a corporate structure in a global and matrixed setup. In addition, you can work independently, pay attention to detail and your structured way of working permits you to work holistically at the same time.
It is a must that you have excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
