Business Developer Director, Zalaris

On behalf of Zalaris HR Services Denmark a/s Resources is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Developer Director to increase the sales and strengthen the brand in Denmark. Zalaris is the leading Nordic provider of HR services and systems. The company is growing rapidly and wants to strengthen its organization in Denmark. Zalaris uses the most innovative solutions from the SAP HCM and SUCCESSFACTORS ™. 

The position:

As Zalaris’ new Business Developer Director you are responsible for increasing the sales within outsourcing services and SAP-consultants for new customers in Denmark. You’ll serve as an agent in the company with a view to achieving budgeted sales within the country. The position refers to the Country Manager in Denmark and Operation of Excellence in Norway. 

Tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Create business proposals, and create strong pipeline, for new and existing opportunities covering outsourcing and SAP consultancy  
  • Give up-to-date information relating to customers activities to Country Manager  
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings  
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives  
  • Play fundamental role in setting up new businesses, take responsibility for the effective onboarding of new customers 
  • Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service  
  • Be the primary business point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers  
  • Liaison between the customer and internal teams  
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders  
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments  

Experiences and skills:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with agency background 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study 
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience 
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs 
  • Profound digital understanding 
  • Experience in near/offshoring 
  • Excellent time and project management skills
