Regional Sales Manager Denmark

This is a full time and home office based position reporting to the head of international sales. 

Main Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the market development of our brand ADO Goldkante in Denmark. Primary responsibilities include growing und supporting our customer base, presenting and selling new collections, developing commercial strategies, implementing long term plans and periodically reporting to international sales management. Be the face of the company in the territory and primary point of contact for all clients. Must collaborate closely with the international customer service team in Germany. Must have the ability to maintain current clients and prospecting into a new customer base/industries/channels for generating new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for keeping clients updated and properly trained in technical and commercial aspects. Must implement the respective marketing strategy in these markets and promotes the brand during events/presentations/campaigns. Nurtures contacts to relevant media, such as online media, trade press or magazines to promote the brand. Strong collaboration with other business areas for the achievement of the company’s objectives.


Degree in business, interior design, architecture, marketing or similar. Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful sales experience in interior design products or similar field and proven commitment to goals achievement and customer satisfaction. Experience of interior fabrics and/or a network within and knowledge of the industry in the territory is a strong plus. The successful candidate must show strong self-motivation, planning abilities and negotiation skills. This position is home office based and we require an availability to travel for at least 75% of the time. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate to retailers both on a corporate and store level. Same applies to interior design and architects offices. Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. German is a plus. Efficient user of mobile technology and MS Office software. Valid and permanent work permit and driver's license required for Denmark.
