To build our own sales organization in Scandinavia we are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager Scandinavia

for the area plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Take care of distributors and plumbers in Scandinavia
  • Plan and execute sales strategy and budget
  • Develop existing and new business
  • Monitoring and implementation of sales and profit performance on individual customers
  • Preparation and implementation of regional sales strategies
  • Participation in trade fairs, in-house exhibitions and other activities at the Point of Sales
  • Execution of information and training sessions with our customers
  • Field support of company sales activities and marketing initiatives
  • Achieve sales goals and personal development targets
  • Build solid, healthy continual working relationships with customers and potential customers

We expect from:

  • Sales Engineer with commercial background or Sales Manager with technical background
  • Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated sales focused approach
  • Experienced in field sales or territory management within the plumbing, heating and air conditioning market
  • Willing to travel to throughout the region and visit existing and new potential customers and able to manage time and journey`s effectively
  • Ability to achieve commercial and personal goals and targets
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Capability of identifying new markets and customers
  • Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking, German language appreciated

You work from your home office and take care of customers with the focus of the traditional wholesaler and installers. The position requires a residence in Denmark or Sweden and includes a company car which can be used privately.
