Strategic role - part of several management teams
This role requires a strong understanding of the HR fundamentals and experience implementing, executing and delivering HR projects within a growing international matrix organization. The position is located at Alfa Laval Copenhagen with reference to the Vice President HR. The role as Global HR Business Partner is located at a strategic level and is part of several management teams spanning from business units to supply organizations.
Your role will be supporting strategic and commercial strategies and objectives for the organizations improving HR impact and optimizing and strengthening organizational setups.
Your key tasks will be
- Supporting the managers in the management teams in optimizing individual and team performance
- Acting as a strong and solid advisor to the management teams and to your organizations in all relevant matters
- Translating business objectives into People Plans (drive, execute and follow up)
- Driving change and improvement in HR/business projects
- Ensuring implementation of relevant HR processes and tools
- Cooperation with HR Service Center Denmark in all relevant HR matters
To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and objectives, and be able to translate them into business relevant HR projects. Furthermore, you are also driven and passionate about HR business advisory, and achieving results while working with change management and people development.
You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and have a profound knowledge within HR. You have experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in larger international organizations, and have gained a strong business understanding from supporting commercial management teams, R&D departments and factories where you have gained experience within labor law and union relations. You consider yourself to be a strong team player empowering and enabling your organization in achieving results via sound HR advisory. You secure confidence and trust in your cooperatives at all levels, and you possess in general excellent communication skills, verbally and written, in Danish and English.
