Your new role
On behalf of our client, UCB, Hays is looking for an enthusiastic and talented National Key Account Manager within the therapeutic area of immunology. We are looking for the right candidate who thrives on challenge and change and who wants to make a difference and deliver. With direct reference to the Scandinavian Sales Manager, you will be joining a truly professional local team consisting a Country Market Access Manager and a Country Medical Science Liaison, as well as strongly supported by our Scandinavian and Northern European teams and governance.
As National Key Account Manager Immunology, you will have a critical role to play, driving the overall strategy, sales of UCB’s patient solutions and working in partnership with external healthcare professionals and organizations as well internally across the various functions, to create value for patients, and ensure achieving individual, team and company’s objectives. In this role, you will need to demonstrate a desire to succeed, combining a natural curiosity with excellent business skills to identify customer needs and apply these insights in the real world.
What you’ll need to succeed
The preferred candidate possesses an advanced degree in healthcare, life sciences or business. You have at minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sales roles. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; a natural talent in catching and capturing your audience. Disease area knowledge in immunology and dermatology will serve advantageous in our selection for the role, but is not crucial. Fluency in Danish and English is a must. On a personal level, you are an outgoing and distinct team player. You possess a sturdy and mature mind-set and thrive in a science-driven, independent and ambitious environment.
