HRIS Project Manager

Job Description:

The flexibility and range of features on the Talentsoft platform allow clients to manage a variety of HR processes – including recruitment, learning, compensation, and competency management – in 20 languages throughout more than 100 countries.

Operational project management

  • Responsible for the project’s deliverables 
  • Project planning & actions follow-up
  • Design of the solution for the customer (workshops animation)
  • Configuration of the solution, internal tests
  • Internal coordination with IT, functional & product teams
  • User testing and deployment follow-up
  • Customer training

Project monitoring

  • Reports to the operational project director : project planning, risks & top level actions required to manage risks
  • Workload & project costs follow-up

Contribution to sales activities

  • Workload estimation, project costing & planning proposals
  • Presentation of the project methodology

Contribution to product management

  • Identification of local product requirements and evolution needs
  • Product roadmap follow-up in coordination with the product team

Contribution to customer relationship management

  • Support level 1 for the customer (answer functional questions, coordinates bugs correction with support level 2-3)
  • Evolutions follow-up
  • Participation in events with the customers in coordination with the marketing team

Diploma/ level of studies

  • Business school or HR master

Experience: 2 to 4years

  • Previous experience in operational HR or HR / HRIS consulting or SaaS Software implementation services

Languages :

  • Danish & English : Native or fluent
  • French & Swedish : Optional

Wished competencies:

  • Project management : coordination, project planning, customer relationship management
  • Operational HR processes knowledge : recruitment, appraisal, training, compensation
  • Microsoft office (ppt, word, excel) 
  • HR software knowledge is a + (PeopleSoft, SAP, Lumesse, SucceeFactors etc.)
  • Autonomy, fluid communication, team work spirit, proactive
