Project Manager for property transactions

Do you have it in you to drive projects related to the property portfolio and costs related to the +1100 buildings used between the three DSV business areas: DSV Road, DSV Air & Sea and DSV Solutions?

Then take this opportunity to join a large, successful Danish company that has grown rapidly to span six continents over the course of just four decades. A company that is already present in 80+ countries.

Here, you will have ample opportunity to create great results and develop in every which direction you choose. We are merchants in a surprisingly flat organisation, so we are up for making fast decisions and helping each other across functions and organisations.

Join a solid business and a highly experienced team

You will be based at our offices in Copenhagen. However, a good chunk of your time will be spent in the field, scouting locations, going to meetings and inspecting building sites. Thus, you will probably travel about 1 day per week.

In our Copenhagen offices, you will be greeted by 12 colleagues with professional backgrounds in law, finance and property and project management. We have the kind of work environment that makes us want to come into the office every day, and most of our colleagues stay for years.

Develop the most optimal property solutions

As a project manager, you will have very diverse tasks. You support the entire DSV business through projects focused on property transactions, location management and strategies (road mapping) and what is the most optimal solutions across countries and business areas. Specifically, you will be working with:

  • International property transactions
  • Passing on properties for a sale and leaseback transaction
  • Writing business cases
  • Supporting local business units on questions related to real estate
  • Adjusting our property portfolio in relation to M&As

Real estate experience and a serious drive

To succeed in DSV Group Property, you have a serious drive and a talent for making fast decisions in an environment with a lot of deadlines. At the same, you are thrilled by international collaborations, and you have the cultural understanding to work with people from various countries and professional backgrounds.

  • You have some years of experience with real estate.
  • You are educated within finance, law, as a business broker or have previously worked with M&A.
  • You speak English, Danish and preferably more languages.

Before you take on a project portfolio, we will make sure you receive the appropriate training, and you can always get a second opinion from one of your project management colleagues, who look forward to welcoming you.
