HR Business Partner
Danfoss Power Solution Segment (DPS) is looking for a professional HR Business Partner who is seeking new challenges in a global environment. You will actively monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives that will have the greatest impact to the overall performance of the business.
Can you develop our organization, our leaders, and employees, and are you a dedicated HR enthusiast with solid business acumen? With a direct line to the head of HR Partners in Danfoss Power Solutions, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who will be delivering best practice HR Business Partnering and business-focused HR solutions to meet the requirements within our organization. You will be a member of the dedicated HR Partner team in our segment and will ensure deliverance of HR Partner services in close cooperation with the functional leadership team and the rest of the HR community within Danfoss.
HR services, change management and organizational development
As HR Business Partner, your overall mission will be to develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related activities, aligned with global policies, and act as a sparring partner to our leaders in relation to organizational matters and employees. It is a key success criterion that you understand the main responsibilities and tasks they are dealing with. You will act as confident and sparring partner to the leaders in order to lead the organization to strategic growth.
Other key tasks will be:
- Initiate and manage business strategy-driven organizational development
- Lead change management initiatives ensuring successful communication and implementation
- Participate in cross-organizational project work and continuous improvement
- Drive implementation of key HR processes, e.g. performance management
- Leadership development within the context of our business
- Provide guidance on a variety of HR practices, e.g. recruitment, identification of strategic competences and organizational design
- Develop, coach and support excellent leadership
Business acumen and change management experience
You have a relevant university degree and substantial HR Business Partner experience, minimum 5 years, from a similar position within a global, preferably industrial, environment. You have an excellent understanding of organizational changes: values, needs, and you can transform this into business focus. You have headed different initiatives within organizational design, change management and management coaching, and you have a deep understanding of human resources in a global business context. Finally, you master stakeholder management and English fluently.
