As a finance trainee in Nordea Life & Pension, you will learn about everything in the field of pension and life insurance and gain a broad experience of financial relationships, service, communication and cooperation.
You will get a tailored course where you must be prepared to take responsibility for your education and personal development in close cooperation with us. The education is organized in collaboration with the Insurance Academay and alternates between school l and internship in the company.
What you'll be doing:
In Nordea Life & Pension you'll become part of our energetic customer service unit in the Ballerup headquarters. You'll get the opportunity to work in the different units with:
- Customer interaction and support over phone and e-mail
- Administrative tasks
- Case Management
The role is based in Ballerup. Welcome to a workplace where we have employees as a strategic focus area. In Customer Services we are approximately 200 people working in 10 different units.

You have graduated (or are about to graduate) from either STX or HHX with Danish and Mathematics at minimum B level. It's a big advantage if you have a natural interest in the financial sector and that you have had a spare time-job with customer contact.
