Business Solution Manager
Become part of a world leading software solution
Every day, Getinge’s products contribute to save lives and ensure excellent care. Across the world, our people make a huge difference for patients, healthcare professionals and societies – and we are very proud of that. As a key part of the success of Getinge, the Integrated Workflow Solutions (IWS) organisation globally offers a range of best in class software-based solutions to customers. IWS develops software and hardware solutions, primarily for their four main products/solutions (myMedis, Tegris, INSIGHT and T-DOC), used in the health care industry worldwide.
Use your product expertise and commercial talent to increase market share
The position is based in Aarhus as a part of the global IWS Business Support division in Copenhagen, where you will report to the Senior Director IWS Business Support. As IWS Business Solution Manager your main purpose is to provide advisory and expertise to support the sales of the Patient Flow Management solution INSIGHT globally.
You will use your knowledge of the system to set the framework for the IWS global product impact by creating awareness in the sales divisions. This will be in close collaboration with the IWS Sales Area Managers, the global Go-To-Market & Commercialisation division, and the locally responsible Sales Support and Product Specialists. The aim is to create focus on the INSIGHT solution among internal commercial stakeholders to help reach yearly sales targets.
You will also be influencing the overall strategy and long-term plans for the IWS products, through close collaboration with the Product Line Managers. In addition to this, you will play a key role as product expert during tender processes. You will also have responsibility for supervising and training locally responsible Sales Support and Product Specialists and distributors within the assigned business areas as well as new hires in the onboarding process.
A business savvy relationship builder with a commercial mindset
You hold a Master Degree in business, or tech with minimum three years of experience from a sales-oriented position in an international environment. To really understand the technical complexity of the product, we expect you to have a background and experience in technology and/or the healthcare industry. But even so, you are still able to commercialise your knowledge into targeted communication and speak to a less technical audience – for example with relation to the B2B segment. Given the organisational complexity in the company, you should be able to navigate in and communicate with people from all levels.
Become part of a fast growing, global organisation
This job is a unique opportunity to enter an international position where you will be engaging with a great diversity of stakeholders. There will be unique career opportunities within the organisation, which aim to give freedom and provide ongoing internal growth potential.
