Customer Service Consultant
Customer-focused professional - Fluent in German and Danish - Based in Copenhagen
Being part of our global Customer Service Team, you will work closely with colleagues in customer service, sales and marketing, taking care of both front and back office responsibilities. You will provide our German and Nordic customers with excellent and proactive customer service from our International Sales office in Copenhagen.

You will share best practice with your colleagues and keep a constant focus on continuous improvement of internal processes. Together with external sales, you will ensure that customers consider Vikan their preferred partner. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow between customers and Vikan. Your primary tasks and responsibilities are:
- Handling and registration of orders
- Customer requests and requests from colleagues in sales
- Participate in proactive market and customer related activities such as campaigns, end-user calls and customer follow-up
- Master data maintenance
- CRM and leads
- Proof reading
- Ad hoc tasks
Efficient and extrovert teamplayer with experience from a similar position in customer service
You have a commercial and administrative background and hold a Bachelor's degree or similar. You have experience with customer service, preferably from a similar position in an international company. Mastery of German and Danish both in speaking and writing is a must and solid of knowledge of English is also required. Since you will also be working with Nordic customers, knowledge of Swedish will be considered an advantage. Your professional experience includes:
- Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar position
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Skillful user of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX 2012)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Experience with sales is an advantage
