As Senior Organisational Design Expert within the Organisational Centre of Excellence, you will get the opportunity to guide Nordea’s organisational design transformation. This role is an opportunity to play a vital role in the major transformation that Nordea is currently undergoing.
You will be the sparring partner on the topic of organisational design and will play an integral part in providing senior management with the necessary information and guidance on which to base strategic and operational decisions related to Nordea’s organisational design journey. In collaboration with your colleagues you will drive and implement organisational design across the bank and help build a bank that is well prepared for the future and the disruptions that follow.
The Organisation Centre of Excellence is a team that has a high impact on Nordea’s global transformation journey. We work as a tight team with close collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing our joint efforts where they are most needed.
The role is based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

You are a person with a passion for, and deep expertise in, organisational design. Developing and applying organisational design principles, concepts and methodologies across the business, covering all business areas and functions in varying levels of complexity, is natural to you. You have a business understanding together with a structured, proactive and execution-oriented approach. You have superior stakeholder management skills as the role will require interaction with executive and senior management in Nordea.
- Experience of driving and implementing organisation design principles, tools and methods in a variety of client situations and across multiple business areas, functions and geographies within the international financial services industry or a forerunning large international agile organisation.
- Deep conceptual and end-to-end executional knowledge in organisational design concepts and methodologies.
- First-rate consulting skills, including excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, and able to cultivate effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- 7+ years experience in organisational design or change management roles (previous experience from working in leading management consultancy is an advantage).
- Fluency skills in English, both spoken and written
