Project Leader

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Project Leader, for a newly established position in our Labelling Development Team, which is part of Product Sustainment in Post Market Engineering.

Are you ready to join a dedicated team of skilled and experienced colleagues responsible for development and revising of Instruction for Use (IFU), product labels, patient guides and cards? And are you prepared to project lead and help implement new requirements from the medical industry, by being the colleague that has the in-depth knowledge of rules, regulations, standards and guidelines within the area?


The Medical Device Labelling Development Team is responsible for developing and revising all labelling materials required to follow all William Cook Europe’s global products, thus working closely with local and global teams. This area is a fast-changing field and provides a very meaningful difference to our business ensuring that our medical devices are available to patients worldwide. 

As a Project Leader, your responsibility will be to independently coordinate projects and activities. You will be expected to take on an active specialist role in daily assignments; such as creating labelling materials and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality requirements within the area. You are expected to help lead team efforts.

Your job will be to set the right direction for all activities, and at the same time, ensure that your deliverables are implemented and anchored in the organisation. Both projects and European launch activities will vary in size and complexity, but will be cross-organisational. You will ensure delivery of results on all labelling material projects and launch activities according to the overall project plans, thus understanding that the position has a direct impact on Cook Medical´s results. As needed, you will be involved in any important project related to developing and revising new pro-cedures and business processes within the area, as you are the specialist in medical device labelling.


You have a relevant degree within Science, Engineering, or other proven results showing 3-5 years’ experience from the medical industry. Knowledge within the area of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance will be considered an advantage.

You have solid experience within project management. You are comfortable interacting with many stakeholders at any organisational level and geographical boundaries.
You are able to work very independently and have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence. You are result-oriented, ambitious and like to be challenged. You are analytical, structured and comfortable managing a group on your own. You are proficient in Office applications and adapt to systems easily. Fluency in Danish and our corporate language, English, is required. 

You have a positive and open-minded attitude towards new assignments, and being service-minded, you focus on solutions rather than problems. You have an eye for detail without losing track of overall issues. It is up to you to guide your project team and reach your deadlines through cooperation and dedication.

Availability and willingness to travel on company business up to 20 days a year.
