Maintain leadership in the dermatology area for Galderma
Galderma is well reputed within medical solutions for skin health and have a strong dermatology presence in the Nordic since 1999 with headquarters in Uppsala. In this position, you have the opportunity to take on a key-role in the continued success within the dermatology specialty area in eastern Denmark.
Visible sales role with broad responsibilities
In the Area Account Manager role, you will be responsible for the overall prescription business in eastern Denmark, working as the central external contact point for all major stakeholders within primary and secondary care. You will drive all local sales activities, be involved in the overall strategic planning and alignment for Denmark based on your detailed market intelligence and information about market drivers. You will work close with your colleague in western Denmark as well as Nordic marketing, medical and market access functions in order to succeed. You will implement your local operational plan and with support from your colleagues remove scientific and commercial barriers.
Bridging primary and secondary care
We expect you to have a commercial/healthcare degree and at least three years of experience working in a similar role engaging specialists and other relevant HCP’s and bridging experience and knowledge to primary care. You have demonstrated strong skills in differentiating mature brands and utilizing both your selling and creative skills in a continuous effort to provide HCP’s with superior services and support. Preferably you have experience within the dermatology area, working with account planning and want to grow along with Galderma into the biological field.
As a person, you are outgoing, structured, and have a high level of energy as well as the ability to define, plan, and prioritize the activities that will drive your sales to target. Your communicative and analytical skills are strong, and you master Danish and English.
