As Service Operations Officer, you'll play an important role in all administrative tasks related to Securities Settlement, i.e. mitigating risk arising from trading Securities.
In Settlement DK, we are 24 enthusiastic team members that act as one team handling a wide range of task related to Securities Settlement. We have an ambitious change agenda, and we are all working to support the execution. We have a strong global collaboration with all our colleagues in the Settlement teams across Nordea - and we prioritize an open and honest dialogue with all our stakeholders. Feedback is one of our most important tools.
What you'll be doing:
- Being in daily contact with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for investigation and resolving various discrepancies between Nordea and Counterparty on settlement related topics.
- As you develop in the job, ad hoc tasks will be a larger part of the job.
You are expected to actively contribute to improving our processes and as your experience grows you will get the opportunity to participate in the cross-unit projects.
The role is based in Høje Taastrup.
