The role is based in Copenhagen.
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to act as an proactive service provider towards our clients.
In the Client Relations team within Investor Solutions & Services, we handle issuance of shares, bonds, certificates and investment certificates, and related corporate actions, for example. We also handle dividends, issues, redemptions and subscriptions, as well as employee incentive programs.
Your role is to call clients, find new solutions, improve processes and meet with clients.

- At least 3 years of experience working with customers
- Good at networking
- Able to handle changes
- Bsc/Msc will be valued
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish.
