Rockfon, leading provider of acoustic stone wool, metal ceiling solutions and suspension systems, is looking for a Customer Service Manager. As part of the regional management team, you will play key role in a growing organization while being responsible for leading an international team.
Rockfon is a subsidiary of The Rockwool Group, and it is located in Hedehusene.

Your new role
You will be part of a leading company, and responsible for a talented and driven team. The Customer Service Manager plays a key role in the organization creating optimal customer satisfaction and delivery service. Closely working with the Sales Department and Supply Chain, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth interface, in the matrix setup for the Nordics, Poland & Eastern Europe. While making a valuable contribution to the strategic plans of Rockfon; you will initiate, guide and implement improvements concerning working methods, processes and systems.
You translate strategic plans, into tactical action plans for the department in terms budgets, legalizations and social behaviors. You are an expert when it comes to KPIs and you will make sure your team is fully trained, while knowing and applying best practices.
As a member of the regional management team, you will proactively contribute to develop the effectiveness and profitability of the region.
Last but not least, you will be responsible for project support to the external sales force, key customers and customer service. The Customer Service Manager is to join and manage projects within Rockfon, both at a local and international level.
What you’ll need to succeed
You have a proven track record within a Sales or Customer Service organization. You have managerial experience and a solid seniority for representing Rockfon’s guidelines and policies across the regions.
Knowledge and necessary capabilities for implementing best cross-sales, and delivery services practices. You have an expertise in defining and successfully executing KPIs for optimization, cost savings, efficiency in processes and commercial activities increase.
As a person, you are self-driven and you have a can-do attitude. Motivating, stimulating and coaching of employees, is essential to succeed in this role.
You are fluent in English, and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian). Good knowledge of CRM, Ms Office and SAP; Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
